The annual Sevenstar Contest Cup sailed in Medemblik is an excellent chance to meet and mingle with a whole mix of folk with a singular, shared passion – their Contest yachts. 30 - 40 Contest yachts will get together in the old harbour of Medemblik. That’s old, new, small, big.

This year the rally and regatta runs from 5 - 7 June 2026 with registration on the Friday evening before the weekend’s combination of racing, lazing and touring, attracting every type of Contest sailor from casual cruiser to eager racer. It’s also a special anniversary.

This is our 15th Contest Cup so there’s even more reason to celebrate!
