Load / Discharge Operation

It is done at the anchorage of Fethiye Bay, which is the best convenient natural port in South of Turkey.

Customs Clearance (Transitlog)

If a foreign flag yacht enter into Turkish waters, she must arrange customs clearance, which is called as TRANSITLOG. It gives free sailing at the Turkish Coastals for 1 year and renewable following 5 years. Our customs broker needs following documents:

  • Yacht Registry (original has to be presented when load /discharge)
  • Skipper Licence(s) (original has to be presented when load /discharge)
  • Engine/Radar/VHF/Tender Boat/Jet Ski serial nos. (only for discharged yachts)
  • List of people (full name & passport nos.) who will join sailings mostly on board
  • Copy of yacht insurance
  • If yachts belongs to a company, please provide copy of company papers

When you load your yacht onto ship for leaving Turkey, you should close your transitlog from Harbour Master & Customs Authority and copy has to be presented to our Ship agent. It is very important that you should keep Original Transitlog on board of your yacht all the time.

BLUE CARD ( Black Grey Water Regulations)

BLUE CARD is an ID of your yacht, which has to be prepared (mainly during customs clearance) and registered in 48 hours when the yacht is entered into Turkish Waters. Turkish Coast Guard and Local Authorities follow disposals / waste of the yachts with Blue Card system in order to protect Turkish Coastals. You should keep BLUE CARD on board of your yacht all the time. When Tanks have to be emptied / vacuumed in periods and it must be done in the registered places, which you can register all data into your Blue Card.

When engine oil is changed, it should be done by authorized services and/or marinas, which disposal form has to be listed into official documents. The fine is 13,000 Turkish Lira (about Eur 3,350) per occurence.
